Where can I buy products

BOS Drinkware products are sold globally through a suite of sales channels. If ordering online, you can order here (view all products) and various third party website.

What comes with my order

All items of your order will be shipped in one box; unless your order exceeds a certain amount of items, at which point, multiple boxes may be used. In each shipment you will receive the items you ordered, thank you card, packing slip and an order receipt. Missing something?

Can I store drink chillers in the freezer?

Yes! Our chillers use a technology called the Arctic-Core™ this phase change technology is designed in such a way that it can be left in the freezer indefinitely. We suggest storing your chillers (all sizes) in the freezer when you're ready to chill, they will be ready!

Where is the discount code? It did not go to my email.

Firstly, Check your email for the email from support@originalbos.com. Check the spam, and downloading inboxes. Sometimes our emails can be slightly delayed, however, this does not exceed 10 mins. If you still cannnot find it, re-sign up with your email to ensure it's correctly inputted!
